Custom Projects: Large Sites, Corridors, Brownfield Inventories and Multi-Site Portfolios
At HIG, custom doesn’t mean expensive. Low cost or free preliminary research and custom quotes are provided for large area studies, corridor projects, brownfield inventories, and multi-site portfolios. Contact us to explain your project needs and provide us with a map of your project area or a spreadsheet listing of multiple property addresses. We will acknowledge your quote request promptly by email. After conducting preliminary research on your project location, we may contact you to discuss your options. Please note that quote charges may apply, with your prior approval, when extensive preliminary research is needed for very large sites, long corridors and some rural site locations.

For most projects, we can provide you with an accurate quote within 1 to 3 business days. You will receive an email outlining the scope of work, pricing and turnaround time. You can then call or email us with authorization to proceed; no order form is required.
