- This is a big one!  HIG has completed primary acquisitions for ten counties in Kansas and Missouri, and effective June 2, 2008 is pleased to announce that the Kansas City region of Missouri and Kansas is now in Zone 1!  Coverage also includes Topeka and Lawrence, KS.  Now you can get all our services at our best price and fastest turnaround for all ten of these counties, and photo coverage back to 1942 or earlier throughout.  Check out the Coverage Area section of the FAQ Page for the specific list of counties, and feel free to contact us with any questions or comments.  Next up: Detroit Metro Area!

- HIG participated as an exhibitor at the Brownfields 2008 Conference in Detroit, this past May 5-7.  We met some of you for the first time and learned more about how better to server the Environmental Assessment Industry from your comments and the breakout sessions.  For those of you who tacked you card to our Detroit photo board, watch your email for announcements on the free service winners!  It could be you!

- Turnaround times improved even further! HIG has extended the deadline for new order submissions to 4pm daily (previous cutoff was 3pm)! In addition, we now deliver all requests no later than 4pm (previously, 5pm). Please see our updated FAQ page for complete details on turnaround times and ordering, including a new visual reference.

- Neil and Jim rolled out the latest upates to HIG's standard and custom services at the 2007 MN GIS/LIS Consortium's Annual Conference in Rochester, MN. We had an eventful two days speaking with many interesting people from several different fields in the public and private sectors. Thanks to everyone who took the time to chat with us, we'll be looking forward to returning next year.

- Reminder: If you submit a request via fax or email and do not receive an emailed Order Comfirmation within 24 hours, we likely did not receive your request. Please call your Project Manager to check up on it!
