City Directories: Coverage available for cities nationwide, providing property occupancy data going back to earliest publication dates.

Historical Maps: Nationwide coverage of 7.5- and 15-minute USGS Topographic Maps, plus county atlases, plat maps, and other miscellaneous map data where available. Fire Insurance and other special purpose maps available by request.

Well Information: Water and other well information in the form of driller's logs, location maps, radius searches, and more. Coverage and available data varies by state.

Property Records Reviews: Provides detailed municipal and county record information about your specific property, including Tax, Fire, and Building Records. Offered for the Minneapolis/St. Paul Metro Area, and anywhere beyond at added travel cost.
