HIG has two Research Zones.

Zone 1 includes all of Iowa, Illinois, Indiana, Minnesota, Ohio and Wisconsin. Our extensive digital library provides our clients with the most complete package of historical data for Zone 1 sites. 
Portions of Kansas, Kentucky, Missouri, Nebraska, North Dakota, South Dakota and West Virginia are also in Zone 1.

Zone 2 includes all remaining areas of the 48 contiguous United States
HIG’s Zone 2 research services utilize HIG’s in-house digital collection as well as resources gathered by our national network of researches.  Research services available for Zone 2 sites include aerial photography, city directories, and a variety of maps. 

Standard Turnaround Time
Services for most sites in Zone 1 are completed within 1 to 2 business days.  Services for most sites in Zone 2 are typically delivered within 1 to 4 business days.

Urgent Turnaround Time
This option is available for most sites at 50% additional cost and insures project completion by close of the next business day. Please note that some resources may not be available within 1 business day, but will be delivered ASAP.

The Deluxe Aerial Upgrade services are typically completed in 5 to 10 business days.

Turnaround time for custom research services, corridor projects, multi-site portfolios and large area studies will vary and can be discussed with HIG at the time of ordering.
