HIG - Topographic & Historical Maps

HIG's standard Historical Map search provides copies of maps which depict the landscape, built environment, and property ownership. All available 7.5 minute and 15 minute USGS topographic maps are provided with our Standard Info Search and HIG Historical Maps packages, and are available to cover all fifty states. Other maps which may be included (based on availability), are city or county atlases, plat maps, and planimetric or other miscellaneous maps. Historic Fire Insurance Maps are also available for an additional charge.

County atlases are available at the present time for Minnesota, Iowa, Wisconsin, and hundreds of individual counties nationwide. Most Minnesota atlases date from the late 1800s to mid-1900s. Atlases for Iowa and Wisconsin typically range from the 1960s through 1990s.
