HIG was established in 1997 to provide professionals with quality historical property research in Minnesota.  Twelve years later our premier research services are relied upon by engineers, environmental professionals, attorneys, surveyors, lenders, libraries, government agencies and the general public.  Our services are available for properties throughout the Midwest with aerial photograph services covering the contiguous 48 states.
